Toilets with bore well water & Kitchen with Sump water provision. Separate Motor for Sump and Bore well.
- Wiring – Concealed wiring with Finolex / Polycab or equivalent. Electrical distribution suitable for three phase power supply.
- Switches – Switches/ Sockets with Schneider / Legrand or equivalent as per Architect’s approval.
- Telephone points – Wiring for telephone points shall be provided in Living room and each bedroom from the main tag block. Telephone cable points will be positioned in such a way that the instrument can be placed close to where the elderly members sit or sleep; also, will take care to see that there is not much cable hanging along to trip one.
- All floor lobby – Flooring and Skirting with Granite. Ground Floor Lobby – Flooring & Skirting material will be as per Architect’s specifications.
- Staircase – Flooring and Skirting with Granite. Handrails with MS Grill work with wooden Design decorative rail; Melamine finished as per Architect design.
- Lift – One elevator of Johnson / equivalent make with suitable interior as specified by the architect; Capacity – 6 persons / 8 persons as recommended by the Architect.
- Security – CCTV & Security Locking in Ground Floor Lobby.
- Car Parking – Grano Flooring with Comb Finish
- Drive ways & External Areas – Paving with granolithic flooring / concrete interlock pavers to Architect’s detail with brick kerbs, drains along the compound wall to divert all rain water to the rain water harvesting pit.
